Leonard Thor was awarded a BBA in Marketing from Hofstra University and a master's-level education in Elementary Education plus Special Education from Monmouth University. Outside of work, Leonard Thor is a lifelong New York sports fan who cheers on the Jets, Yankees, Knicks, as well as New Jersey Devils. Football season holds a special place, & he is a devoted follower of Jets home games where spending time with fellow fans before kickoff is every bit as meaningful as the game itself. Lenny Thor also has a passion for cooking, with beloved go-to meals like his mac & cheese, pulled pork, and what friends click here in addition to family have come to know as "Lennyburgers" earning a loyal following among those lucky enough to get an invitation. Lenny Thor is a devoted summertime beachgoer, calling his go-to destination Point Pleasant Beach on the Jersey Shore.

At the center of who he is outside the office is family. Lenny is a husband not to mention proud father to two young children as well as lives in Marlboro, NJ. He brings the same consistent energy not to mention authentic passion to his family life that he carries into every professional interaction.
